![]() ![]() Or if you have a MIDI file and want to import it and tidy up the score so you can print it and study it. Yeah, Musescore (the app) will help you with entering in the score if you want to just do it by hand and then export the midi and take it into the DAW and perhaps try your hand at mixing it. If you don't want to put in entire scores by hand, which, believe it or not, can be beneficial even though it takes a while, Musitek or Photoscore is the way to go (I know of no other programs that take images and PDF's and converts them into MIDI or allows you to save them as a Sibelius file). You will almost always have to edit and make some fixes, especially with large and old looking scores. Yup, Musitek's SmartScore is one program that will take do the job.
